Pain post Angioplasty

i have undergone Angioplasty three weeks back. most of the things are fine but there is a nagging pain in my chest post operation. this is most probably not Angina because this is a continuous pain and gives a sensation that something is inside pricking me. the pain is not excruciating but just a sensation. is this due to the stent implanted? and is this common?

There should be after effects of pain (especially after 3 weeks) or discomfort except maybe in the area of the entry site for the cath.
