Pain relief on blood thinners

I am in continual a-fib for over two months and currently am on aspirin therapy. Since Tylenol @ codeine does nothing to cur my other continual pain is there anything that might be prescribe-able for pain

I have numerus medical condition however the doctors refuse top work together.;  Everyone is trying to do there thing and getting their way.  I can't really get a strait answer and am already having nose bleeds.  What if I was on something stronger.

I am not a dr. and can be wrong, but to my knowledge, the point it is not that you take aspirin or not, the point is what you disease is. As far as I understand, if your only cardiac issue is a-fib and your only medication is aspirin, you should not have any problem taking any pain medication that DOES NOT debilitate your heart which, by the way, codeine does.

However, if you have such a pain, you probably have other medical condition and medication, so better check with your drs.
