No, it is not normal to have severe pain two months after this sort of bypass surgery. Assuming that the circulation was successfully restored to both legs, she should not be having any type of severe pain. You should contact the doctors who did the surgery and have them evaluate her legs to make sure the bypasses are open and functioning properly.
