Palpitations and Bundle Branch Block

I'm a 32 year old female who has been diagnosed with having Bundle Branch Block. My doctor has assured me that it's harmless, "for now". He said that complications could arise as I become older. He has told me to get plenty of exercise, eat right, and to take vitamins: E,C,Calcium and Magnesium. I have been following his advice. Now, three years have gone by and he has suggested another stress test. He said that they were going to be able to see what kind of blockage was really there. Is this true? And if it does tell , what can be done about it? This is just the tip of the iceberg. I also suffer with palpitations. I've been having them for 10 years. The're the kind that seem to happen during my high stress times and also about a week before my period. They are very frightening even though I've had them so long. If you have palpitations that are stopped by coughing or rubbing your neck, you may have an SVT. This can be cured by a procedure called an ablation. You should make an appointment with a cardiac electrophysiologist.
