Palpitations and still not feeling right

I have suffered from PVCs for a few years now.  I wore a Holter about 2 years ago and also had an echo.  Since then I've had a few EKGs and they are always normal.  The only thing the holter found was that I was having PVCs.

For the past month, I have been having episodes where I suddenly feel weak, shakey, dizzy (more like vertigo and it does not happen all the time), cold and a little stomach upset.  Sometimes I also notice palpitations.

I am really worried about this and my Dr. keeps assuring me nothing bad is wrong with my heart but he is going off 2 year old data.

He is sending me to an ENT this week to have my ears evaluated to see if that could be a source of the dizziness but I really do not think that's the problem.

Does this sound like Afib?  Does Afib come in waves like this?  Whatever this is it comes and goes.  One minute, I'm fine then the next I feel horrible and it usually lasts for at least a half hour.

I had horrific dizziness for 16 months. Every single time I moved my head, every single day. It was diagnosed as BPPV, though the cardio thought it was  possibly vascular because it happened when I crossed my legs too LOL. It was pretty funny. After a while you have to have a sense of humor about it or lose it altogether.

An overwhelming number of cases of vertigo-type dizziness are caused by something to do with the inner ear, as your balance is centered there, or by no specific thing ever found. CNS could also be involved.

Whatever it was with me it's gone now and my heart is still healthy.

Try the ENT. Jumping to the Afib conclusion shows a preoccupation with your heart that may not be helpful to you.
Good luck.

It honestly sounds very much like an attack of anxiety.  However, if you haven't had anything looked at in 2 years, it can't hurt to re-check IF your symptoms have changed since.
