Whenever I lie on the bed I hear my heart beats and feel them. I've been having this since I was a child but I just discovered that not everyone is like this. The rhythm is regular and normal speed.
My pulse is very strong in general and can be easily felt at any common pulse checking site.
My beats are palpable just to the left of the sternum by me or by anyone who puts his hand there, and I just learned that this isn't normal either.
My mother told me that when she was pregnant in me, the doctor told her that I have very strong beats and a heart of an athlete.
I work out but not regularly and I have an average body weight; BMI < 25.
I have no other symptoms, and my random blood pressure checks are normal.
I'm not a smoker and I don't consume any alcohols.
