Palpitations,ectopic beat

Hi there...
i am 25 year old male...
5''7, 80 kg,overweight...
i am suffering frm Chest vibrations with palpitations from 2 weeks...occurs only when i am about to sleep..whatever it is day or night...no other symptoms like chest pain,,dizziness,,fatigue....
before it was happening to me sometime, but now frm 3 days occuring daily...
lasting frm 20 to 30 seconds and 4 to 5 episodes at same time,,,
i have seen my doctor,he suggested me some test which results are
ECG---Sinus Arrhythimia(But no episodes at that time)
ECG 24 hr Holter----Sinus Arrhythimia with Atrial Premature Beats(Also no episodes at that time)
Lipid Profile----Total Cholestrol (212 mg/dl)
                     LDL(124.90 mg /dl)
                     HDL(48.72 mg /dl)
Blood Glucose(FGTT)---88.10 mg/dl
Blood Routine test----All normal(except slightly increased Hb)



Past history---Suffered frm Chronic Pharyngitis&Tonsilitis (Dec 08)
                     Diagnosed Dudenal Ulcers(Jan 08) Having Rabeprazole once od frm 15 jan 08
no other drug history,,,,,


Smoke sometimes...Milk tea 2 times a day,,,Chweing Tobaco twice a day,,Drink Ocassionly....

Actually frm 15 of April 09,i joined a Gym and doing workout regularly for 3 hrs including Cardiac Exercises(Brisk walking for 4 km and Jogging for 1.5 km) and Wait lifting related to Chest, Biceps,Triceps....
frm 20 days i loose 3 kg of my weight....

I am very worried abt my situation,,,cuz all these symptoms related to Heart disease is going to appear in the age of 20s...
I am a Medical Student doing my graduation,,,this is a starting of my carrier,,,wat abt my further life

so plz help me out.......
