Panic Attacks

Hi everyone,

I had posted in year 2005 some questions and received some answers about panic attacks and disturbed night sleep and disorder that i was facing in very dramatic and sever way. I just would like to tell everyone and for the people that are facing it now that this is only in the head. I managed to get rid of all my panic attacks thanks to learning more about it and not feeling scared of it. I dont mind answering anyones question if you have.
So far i quit smoking few month ago, My alcohol consumption has went down to almost one beer in 4 to 5 days. I lead a healthy life and healthy food habits, I am 186 cm and 73kg. The only thing that i am still facing is high level of stress sometimes at work. I've learned also to deal with it by opening my eyes and my ears to people who knows better. I do breathing exercises everyday for 10mn. It is very important to get the good amount of oxygene you need to your lungs your chest and your heart. This exercise will reduce your heart beats and stress level thus the risk of having a panic attack at night.
