The problem with coronary artery disease is due to a build-up of atherosclerotic plaque on the inside of the coronary arteries; this restricts the amount of blood flow to the heart and can result in angina (chest pain). The plaque causes disruption of
normalNormal saline flush blood flow and this can predispose to superimposed blood
