Paxil/Ablation

Hi Doctors:
I have an ablation for svt scheduled in a week and a half.  I have been very anxious about the svt episodes and the ablation procedure.  My doctor has me on 20 mg. of Paxil for anxiety and .75 mg. of Ativan.  I have read that anticoagulants should be prescribed with caution if one is taking Paxil.  If, for some reason, I need an anticoagulant during or after my ablation (for blood clot for instance), will I be in jeopardy since I am taking the Paxil?  Thank you.
