Phen fen and heart changes

I took Phen fen for weight loss for sixteen months.  I had an echocardiogram in 1980 for a heart murmur that I have had since birth.  that echo showed normal.  In December 1997 I had an echo which showed some tricuspid valve regurgitation and aortic stenosis.  Since that time I have been experiencing increasing fatigue, lightheadedness, shortness of breath and some chest pain.  I am 50 years old and have been used to be very active.  Do you have any thoughts on this?
