Pist RFA sinus tachycardia in pregnancy

Pist RFA sinus tachycardia in pregnancy

I'm 32 year old female.. Had history of palpitations about once a year for maybe 8-9 years with no major discomfort. Always reverted when I would lie down. Got diagnosed after a casual mention to a doctor, who advised ECG during the episode. Was prescribed Diltiazem which I took for 3 months and then got RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) done. That was 2 years ago and I've been asymptomatic since then. Echo was normal as were other parameters including thyroid. I've always had a normal pulse rate of around 88-90/min. It did increase during exercise and fever etc but never alarmingly.
Now I'm pregnant. At 34 weeks during an ECG my HR was 125-133 per minute accompanied by nonspecific ST and T changes. My cardiologist reassured me that I don't have any cardiac abnormality. The problem is the hospital where my delivery is scheduled doesn't have a either a cardiologist or even a cardiac monitor in the CLR( Clean Labour Room). And others are too wary without support and seem to think of my pregnancy as a high risk one.
My questions are
Is my pregnancy really a high risk one?

What kind of complications can be expected during a normal delivery ?

What precautions can be taken?

Thanks
