Plane travel safe?

Hello,
So I've recently been diagnosed with PVCs by my cardiologist.  I have also experienced abnormal tachycardia (heart rate shoots up to 120 or so while at rest) and a root cause has not been found.  I am currently taking toporal 50 mg daily.  In addition, there are times when I don't feel "coherent" and feel pain in my left arm.  Recently, I have started feeling pain on the right side of my neck.   I have had blood tests, ekg, holter monitor etc and the doctor says that outside of my PVCs there isn't anything wrong and I should worry about anything.  However, on my latest plane ride, I started getting stronger pain sensation in my neck and my left arm.  My blood pressure is usually about 115-120/75 and hypertension runs in my family.  Should I be worried to fly again?  This last trip was only 2 hours, but I am flying back on Thursday and Friday morning I have a 5 hour flight to Mexico.  Any advice?
