Please Explain perfusion to distal anterolateral wall

I would like to know what is meant by, perfusion to the distal anterolateral wall.  What part of the heart does this involve.  Is this a result of malfunction, the disease itself, etc.
Should I be concerned with this

Double post.  You should be somewhat concerned as there is an indication the arteries are beginning to block normal blood flow.  Your doctor may advise you to eat healthy, exercise, possible med to control lipids if bklood tests indicate, etc.
