Please Help: Dont know exacly

Well since i was little (now 16) i have had some kind of chest pains. My parents nor stepdad(doctor) believe me because i have a hard time describing it although here it goes.
         1. Almost 3 times a week i suddenly get pain in a different part of my chest whenever i breath, it prevents me from breathing its like my lung blocks and it hurts too.
          2. Thing is yesterday it hapened somewhere else but each time i breath again i can breath more till i get normal.
         3. I dont know if its a heart problem or where it comes from that is the real problem. My doctors have no idea and i dont know if those symptoms can take me somewhere so i can keep researching. Im posting the question because im really concerned i do know it aint normal and my friends are starting to worry. It happens in the randomest times.
           When i try to breath my lung locks and it hurts, I have to exhale and try again and i can breath a bit more, i keep trying and trying till its over. The time it takes me to reach normal depends, never more than 2 or 3 minutes. My stepdad said it was anxiety but i dnt believe him.

hi i have the same kind of thing like u get a sharp pain and u have to keep breathing in and out little by little till it goes away? if u find out why this happens 2 u can u let me kno please ive had them kind of pains for ages now but ive started 2 get other pains as well as the sharp 1s so let me kno plz x
