Please Help Me!!!

I turned 31 this year and moved from Ga to Fayetteville, NY in Nov.08. Soon after i started having breathing issues, i was born with asthma but this was different, it was like an asthma attack without the wheezing. Eventually i had a CT scan done which found that i have an ectasia of my ascending aorta measuring approximately 3.3cm and a descending aorta measuring approximately 2.1cm. I'm 5'9, 170lbs. in descent shape. No aortic or coronary artery calcefication is seen. Trechea and mainstream bronchi are widely patent. There may be a slight central peribronchial thickening. It also found a 2mm subpleural nodular density in my left lower lobe posterolaterally, no pleural or pericardial fluid was seen.

How serious is my condition as is? How long do i have before i have to worry about a rupture? Are these things terminal? How can i improve my condition? What should my next step be? Should i exercise or take it easy until these things are treated?
