Please give me suggestion how to improve my heart.

Hi am 31 years old and i am so worried becoz my echo report is      

Global LV wall hypokensia,mild MR,mild TR with mild PAH (estimated PASP:39+10=49.0mmg)Lv systolic Dysfunction (LvEF=30.0%)Dialated LA and Lv

I am very worried please suggest me.

As long as it's gentle exercise because the left side of your heart is enlarged.

Can i do exercise likewise runing walking cycling etc ?

Hi, your heart should return to its normal size with medication. Your EF may increase a bit, but you are not going to die for a long time. Nobody can say how long you have left, but I think you will have a long life. 8 years ago I had a heart attack and it was fixed but during the procedure it was noted how messy my arteries are. I had a triple bypass which failed, 10 stents of which 5 reblocked and over 10 angiograms. It seemed that every year I was having more stents. About three years ago, I decided to stop thinking about my heart and enjoy life. For the last three years my heart has remained exactly the same with no further disease.

No heart attack till date.i had to problem of breathing so that physician suggest me to do echo but after taking medicine breathing probem was solve but i have to fear about future and i am thinking may my time is coming soon to past way this world

Hi, I think we need a little more history. Why did you have an Echo? have you had a heart attack?
