Please help just found out ecg results were not normal!

I went to an express clinic with several symptoms.. they sent me for lab work and told me everything came back negative. They did an ECGEcg

The beats are crazy looking and all they told me was I had tachycardiaMultifocal atrial tachycardia
Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (psvt)
Sick sinus syndrome
Ventricular tachycardia
Arrhythmiasfor a slightly high heart rate.

Meanwhile my lymph nodesLymph node biopsy
Swollen lymph nodes in the groin
Swollen lymph nodes under arm
Swollen glandsare still swollenSwollen glands, i am bruised for no reason, my ankles, arms, and joints are swollen and hurt i stay awake for maybe 5 hours without being extremely tired and my heart rate, checking it myself is averaging 120 - 130 while sitting!!  I am 39 years old and I feel 99!
What does the ecg results mean?? Please help:)
