Please help.....really worried

Hi............I am very worried, about 4 years ago I started to get throbbing pains in my calf muscle, very intermitent sometimes they would come for no reason, sometimes after exercise, and sometimes strangely enough when I was anxious or heart rate increased.

I got checked out a year ago for a clot in the calf muscle and they said they could not find anything.

Over the last year I have started to get this same feeling under the left arm as well....throobing pain, while I still get the recurring pain sometimes in my calf muscle.  Again it is not always brought on by exercise, sometime comes out of nowhere.

I have read up on it and have seen everything from nerve problems to even scarier circulatory problems, potential of an embolism etc.

I would really appreciate anyones opinion as well on what you think could be a cause and what tests you would recommend to get from a physician.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

you can ask for a Doppler Ultrasound, blood platelets counts, ask the doctor if you should take aspirin,    What is your calcium intake a day?
