I think I may be having a similar problem. I was using low doses of an ephedrine supplement that had been sold to me over the counter at a local supplement/ GNC type store. I used it for a couple months with no problems whatsoever, and good results. I was perfectly fine until maybe seven or eight weeks ago, and had lightheadedness/weird rythms in one episode, with no lasting symptoms of any kind the next day, and i assumed it was just a weird random occurance. Since it had no lasting effects at all, I just ignored it. I was fine for another five or six weeks, after which I had another episode, with similar symptoms, which resulted in ringingTinnitus in one earEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series (mild), and lightheadedness, earEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series that clogs when laying on it completely (obvious liquidLiquid barosperse Liquid calcium with vitamin d Liquid co-q10 Liquid e-z paque Liquid pedvaxhib Liquid polibar Liquid pred/wax), and unpleasant urinary symptoms...but nothing that I would associate with heart problems of any kind, as I felt BETTER standing up and exercising (although i did have decreased energy). I had read at this point about problems with ephedrine, and quit taking it after this episode. The symptoms (aside from the ringingTinnitus) all went away. Strangely, even with these episodes, I felt BETTER after using the elliptical and other cardio equipment that I usually use. I am back to a reasonable workout, and haven't noticed any abnormal heart rhythm problems or anything of that sort lately. The only problem is the ringingTinnitus is still present, and I had one or two days that i just felt "blah". I was wondering if there is a term for this, or if there is anything else I need to do about this.
