Post Bypass Surgery Symptom

Hello, my name is Abdul. I am an undergraduate student. About 2 years ago, my mother had a bypass surgery. Earlier, she used to hard to breath, and sometimes it felt hurt. The doctor said that she should have a full check up. I am curious and worried, is it usual for people who already have bypass surgery and have those kind of symptoms? I would be glad if there is any of you who can't give me an answer. Thank you.

Bypass surgery is meant to relieve any of the symptoms your mother is now experiencing.  Bypass surgery is not a cure so there could be another blockage somewhere else or the bypass grafts may have occluded.

Your mother should see a doctor as soon as possible, because if it heart related the pain and shortness of breath indicates the heart cells are not receiving enough oxygenated blood.  This can cause irreversal damage to heart cells.
