Potential

Given a supposed 70 to 90 % Blockage of the Left Main Artery a double bypass is performed.
Saphenous vein is anastomosed from the aorta
to the Left Anterior Descending and from the aorta to the Circumflex Artery.
Question: What becomes of the supposed 30 to 10 % blood flow through the blocked Left Main? Does it not still flow? If not, Why?

Please tell me if anyone is working on using genetic code and stem cells to create organs.
