Previous cardiac arrest but now wide complex tachycardia?

Hi all,
i have had a previous cardiac arrest but the other day when i was at my outpatient clinic i felt a bit crap. They did an ECG and then the technician goes and call's cardiologist.He come's says take her straight to hospital.
I was in a wide complex tachycardia rate of 160,blood pressure stable, but my heart was going in and out of this when i was in ambulance so it was like 160-then 60 and normal then back up to 160...Ambulance comes i go to hosp,going into ablation lab that night. Then it's too late and the team has gone home..cant do in morning cos they "servicing lab".then at 3am i go back into normal rhythm !
Does wide complex tachycardia have anything to do with my previous VT and cardiac arrest? or are they completely different?
