Prognosis on chronic High Blood Pressure

I am 21 years and have had severe high blood pressure since I was 18.  I started my first medication at 18 as well and since then i've been put on 4 different meds and my blood pressure still won't regulate to a normal presure.

I change blood pressure meds every few months after the doses of the last have been maxed out.

I get severe hypertensive migraines and blurred vision, etc.  I've been through all the testing of my kidneys and heart and all are normal.

what is my prognosis of living as long as a regular healthy person?

will i have a heart attack at 30?
