Prominent pericardial fat pad at the cardiac apex

Prominent pericardial fat pad at the cardiac apex....is that dangerous?  What the heck does that mean?  Also noted surgical clips right upper quadrant...I am so confused!  Any help appreciated.

It's normal for surgical clips to be left in after gallbladder removal surgery.

Epicardial (pericardial) fat pad is accumulation of fat on the pericardium (a sac which encloses the heart). This may be an abnormal finding seen with pericardial effusion (fluid around the heart). Physical symptoms of pericardial effusion include severe oedema (fluid retention), low blood pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, cough, rapid pulse.
