Pulmonary Hypertension

A Echo done eight months ago showed my RVSP was 53 mmgHg now it is 43mmgHg, I have no symptoms at all. I do a lot of walking, going  1 1/2 -2 1/2 miles 5 time per week..I am a 70 year old female. These Echo's were done at different facitities.

I had a chest x-ray done last month before having a colonostopy..findings were:

Heart size is normal

Hila, mediastrinum and bony structures are intact

Lung fields are clear

Vasculature is unremarkable.

My cardio said I have very mild pulmonary hypertension but is not concerned and did not feel any testing or medication is needed,  follow up in a year unless problems occur. the rest of both echo showed a little mitral regurg also a little triscuspid.

Do you agree with my cardio. as to no further testing or meds?

Thank You
