Pulmonary Hypertension

Thank you for your response for my 3/5/99 question regarding beta blockers and reduced LV function.  You stated that one of the reasons for abnormal septal motion might be increased pressure on right side of heart.  This scares me as I've been paranoid about PH from diet pills but have been told by Cardiologist and PH specialist I do not have PH.  Right systolic pressure estimated at 32 on 10/1/98 and 30 on 2/2/99 both estimates from an echo that did not show any RV hypertrophy or other indications of Pulmonary hypertension.  If I have not taken diet pills (Diethyl propion - Tenuate Dospan) since last April 1998.  Am i in the clear?
