Question about exercise and irregular beats?

Hello, Im a 21 year old male, and when I exercise, I will take my pulse cause I suffer from anxiety. However, I was wondering if its normal after you exercise to suffer from like irregular beats or premature atrial contractions. It feels like my heart beats sooner than it should....is this normal or should it something to be looked at? I've had echo, chest x-ray, physical exams, ekg, and holter. Nothing important reported...please respond...thank you!

those are the appropriate tests..  if you are overly concerned mention it to your doctor but if hes already given you the all clear he likely wont have anything new to tell you

My cardiologist told me during a routine checkup that everyone has occasional irregular beats.  It is entirely normal.  He also mentioned that most people don't notice, and some are very tuned in to their heart rhythm and notice if the skip or add a beat.

Yes.  I have premature atrial beats during exercise.  A lot of people do, to some extent.  They're not going to hurt you, regardless of if you have them with activity or at rest, as long as your doctor has done the tests you've had and deemed you healthy.
