Question about holter monitor results

I recently had a holter monitor done because I have been waking up in the middle of the night vibrating or shaking from deep with my chest.  It lasts for about 30 seconds and then I notice my heart racing.  One time I woke up and it felt like my heart was galloping and my body was rocking back and forth from the rhythm of it.  I am also having many neurological symptoms that are causing me to see a neurologist and have some tests done to rule out MS.  I am taking my holter monitor report with me to this neuro appointment, but it has not yet been interpreted by a cardiologist. My cardiologist will not be back in town until the end of this month.  Here is a condensed version of some of the findings on the report.

Ventricular ectopic activity consisted of 3 beats, of which, 3 were in triplets.

Supraventricular ectopic activity consisted of 1 beat, 1 was single PACs
Longest N-N was 1.5 seconds

-rare PAC noted
-rare ventricular triplet noted.

QT interval averaged 393 ms during the monitored period.  QTc interval averaged 440 ms during the monitored period.  Maximum QT interval was 556 ms.  Maximum QTc interval was 648ms.  Minimum QT interval was 276ms.  Minimum QTc interval was 369ms.  The percent of average QTc greater than 450ms was 19%.

Could this mean that I have LQTS?  Could any of this cause the vibrating episodes in my sleep?

The venticular triplets could make you feel fluttery.  PACs and PVCs themselves can also do it.  Vibrating upon waking sleep is usually associated with anxiety disorders if actual arrhythmias are ruled out.  I had that awful feeling myself when in college, and I was having noctournal panic attacks.  Not cool.

I don't know anything about LQTS to say either way.  I would speak directly to your doctor about that.
