At the start, I was feeling great, I received maximumMaximum strength decongestant Maximum strength wart remover exercise and everything was healthy with me. Later into 2 out of 6 years now that I have hypertension I under went some severe stress which blew over, but I had started to get very aggressive chest pains and VERY tired all of the time, which in sense never used to happen at all. With all this happening I consulted my doctor, she told me I must eliminate things that stress me out in life, I did just as she said, but nothing seemed to work. Since then I have been stressed constantly for no reason which puts my heart in pain. The types of pain I get surround the heart from the top and lower right half. These pains ache and sometimes feel like they are burning with the aches. I cannot lay on my left side without the pain going a bit out of controlControl Control rx and I am feeling extremely tired all the time, even if I get 8-10hours of sleep I feel like sleeping more and more.
My question is, is this a sign that I must very critically cautious about my health and my heart? Should I also be resting more?
If your heart were causing your pain, changing positions would not matter. I think your tiredness may be from some depression, but somehow your BP has got to be addressed! How long has it been since you saw a doctor? I hope you are avoiding salt and caffeine, and stress if you can. Have you been to a cardiologist? If not, do so. You need to get all of this addressed ASAP. There has to be something they can do for your BP, I hope you are seeing specialists and not just your GP.
