I know that bigeminy are just PVC's every other beat, and I know what causes RBBB and LBBB. I have one MD telling me that RBBB can cause PVC's and another stating it can't, so I was just wondering which was correctCorrect (new formula). Thanks for responding to my question!

I short, I'd say both doctors are right. Even more confusing right? I guess what I'm saying is that while the RBBB could cause PVCs, you could just be having them coincidentally too.
I have RBBB and was having 24/7 palpitations. After having a 3 week monitor on me, it picked up some PVCs. I asked the doctor if there's any meds I can take for the palpitations. He knows I'm an anxious person, so he told me to take 1mg xanax in the AM and 8mgs in the PM. ????? Is he nuts? I didn't take his advise.
