RBBB NEW

Hi, I was told Monday that I have RBBB.  I went in because I was dizzy off and on for a couple of weeks at first I thought it was from my tooth because it felt like it was getting infected but it went away but the dizziness did not it got worse.  Now, I have dizziness and something that feels like a pinch in the middle of my chest.  I have to wait for a referal.  1.Is RBBB causing my dizziness?
2. Will it go away (the dizziness)?  3. Are there eating or exercising restrictions that I should be on until I see the heart Dr.? I ve seen doctors but they just tell me it is not life threating and refer me.

How did I get that mess up.  It is to the right.  I am thinking maybe I had this heart issue for a while and it is not that? They did do chest x ray but of what I don't know.  They checked by blood and said everything was good.  But dizziness still there worse if I do things.

Thanks.  The pain has gone over to the right of chest it hurts when I breath in like something is being squeeze or pinched.  Pain is about 4 inches below collar bone and not directly center but to the a little.  Anythoughts.  Just worried because I have to wait for referal.  Thanks so much for you time.

The correct lifestyle has eating restrictions.  Moderation being the key.  Follow an approved heart healthy type of diet and start a simple exercise routine, like walking.  Add to the exercise as approved by the doctors.  Even if it turns out that the doctor says all is well, it is a good lifestyle to adopt.
