= My 2nd. Doctor says in layman term  you are heading towards a heart attack.

Recently about a year ago I experienced a  slight palpitation of the heart ; was mildly breathless for a second ; at one time felt a quick sharp needle pain on the left upperside  chest. All this  have ceased since. How come. Any sympton of heart disease ?

There may be two separate issues here.

First, the elevated left hemidiaphragm is moving your heart and lungs to the right, but this should not cause you any problems.

Your second doctor may have been commenting on your risk factors for coronary artery disease, namely hypertension, elevated cholesterol. Controlling these two risk factors, along with not smoking, getting exercise, eating a healthy diet, and maintaining a healthy bodyweight, are important in order to reduce the chance of having a heart attack.
