What a wonderful web site!  I have the same upsetting PVC's so many of you talk about, and it's literally relieved my symptoms to find so many other people who share my anxieties and disquieting bumps in the chest!
Anyway, I find that a generous serving of salmon quiets my symptoms nearly every time.  Dr. Andrew Weil's web site mentions arrhythmias in connection with Omega 3 fatty acids, and oily fish like salmon, sardines, herring, etc. are the best sources of this nutrient.  I did not notice any other postings mentioning anti-PVC effects of salmon, so thought I'd add my 2 cents.
Thanks again to all -- especially the resident MD. In matters of health, the web can be a godsend.
