I was wondering if there is any correlation between anxiety and the heart disease Atrial Fibrillation?  Is there there any psychological disease which would case the heart flutters? Can one bring them upon themselves?
Thanks for you Time...

Dear Sara,
It is true that anxiety and stress will increase anyones heart rate.  If you have been diagnosed atrial fibrillation it is important to have a full evaluation by your physician before determinig that it is caused by stress or anxiety.
I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
