Hi. I am 30 years old. I was injured in an accident last week and I have been going for physical therapy for the last couple of days. A week prior to the accident I had my annual physical where there were no problems. Blood
PressurePressure ulcer was 100/70, and everything looked okay. Before I began the physical therapy, the therapist took my
vitalVital-d signs and found my blood
pressurePressure ulcer was 130/90. I know that trauma and pain can trigger an increase in blood
pressurePressure ulcer so that did not concern me too much, but then the therapist took my

wristWrist pain, neck, and under my arms. He had difficulty finding my pulse under my arms and expressed concern about it. I am not sure what he is implying, since I obviously have a pulse. What can it mean when a pulse is not easily found? I am not experiencing any kind of poor circulation that I am aware of. Thanks for the info.
I have had just a little elevated blood pressure for sometime now and the
doctor has had me on medication. I started out with Altace which did keep
my pressure under control. However, I would have shortness of breath and
just recently went in to the doctor and had a stress test and ekg which
the doctor said was no problem. This is the second type of these test within
a year and both times the doctor said there was no problem. I have had problems
with chest pain, shortness of breath, hurting in my left arm, etc...and have
even had a stress test while this was going on. I have had so many EKG's that
I can almost read them myself. Everything about my heart seems to be ok. Can
you give me some insite. I am now taking CARDURA for my blood pressure. My
pressure is staying about 120/80.
