Even when it's 80 degrees outside, my finger nails are blue.  Sometimes on the palm side, they are whitish/blue in color.  At night time, I awake several times due to my arms and hands tingling (pins & needles type feeling).  Lately, when I'm bending over and get up quickly, I feel light headed.  I often feel out of breath as well.  Especially at night time.  Lying in bed and I feel myself taking deep breathes to feel better.  I also feel very tired lately.  I do not smoke.  I am 37 years old w/ 3 children to care for.
I am having similar problems, I am not sure what it is.  It you do get an answer would you please let me know.  I am not sure where to look on the internet (which site, is it this) to find answers to the questions on this site.  Please help !!
