I have a pain go through the left side of my chest.  It's not a big pain.  It's like a little pinprick and then I usually burp.  If I am stressed, it seems to hurt more.  I do have a hiatal hernia.  When I go up and down the stairs, I am breathing hard.    I am 49 and about ten pounds overweight. What tests would I need to have regarding these signals?
