I also have been having chest pains.  Mine seem to happen for a duration of
about a minute or so.  The pain is usually on the left chest area and the
pain is noticable when I breathe in.  It feels as if someone something is
poking my lung and I cannot breathe deeply.  It will subside and I may
not have it again for a month.  Or it may happen the next day.  Lately I
have been experiencing toe cramps.  they are seeming to occur more
frequently and when I am laying down.  i am not sure if this is a related
issue or not.  Circulation is the best i could come up with.
I have finally set an appoitment with a doctor in Mansfield area.  I have
never been to a doctor before for anything but I figured I better be safe
than sorry.

Dear Dave,
Good idea to follow-up with a doctor.  The majority of these turn out to be non-cardiac but it's worth it to get checked out.
