Is there any way to raise HDLHdl test without using medications? What foods or supplements may help to raise HDLHdl test?

The two main non-pharmacologic methods to raise HDLHdl test cholesteol are exercise and red wine. The exercise should be at least 40 minutes most days of the week. One half glass red wine a day is sufficient but if you do not currently drink alcohol may not be worth starting.

I also thought that birth control pills can raise your good cholesterol level
