I'm only 14 years old, I'm not overweight, i don't eat alot of salt, or drink to many cokes, and i work out all the time, and for the past few months my blood pressure has been about 180/170  and it is causing really bad headaches for me, and i always feel really shakey and empty and tired. I have been taking all kinds of different pills that the doctor has given me, but i'm just not getting any better, and i was wondering is there any other way that I can get my blood pressure to go down besides pills, because it is very likely that I could die, and I really need to get it to go down, but its not going down!!!
