Today my pulse registered at 110 at rest, and in an hour dropped to 92. I'm already medicated for high blood pressure and it has been normal with medication.  How concerned should I be? I had no way of having blood pressure taken today (I was at work).

Dear Rich, thank you for your question.  The normal resting pulse rate should be 60-100 beats per minute.  If your resting pulse is consistently above 100, then it may be due to one of your medications or too much caffeine.  I recommend that you check your resting pulse rate frequently and if it stays above 100, then speak with your physician.
