I returned from a very tiring trip yesterday.  I am still very tired now, and my pulse rate is 36 while my blood pressure is 85/52.  I'm on Cozaar and Coreg.
I am concerned about this.  Do you have any advice or explanation?
Thank you,
Kim
P.S.- Since I take Coreg, my pulse rate has been on the lower side (around 60) but never as low as it is now.

Dear Kim,
36 is a bit on the low side and may be due to your Coreg.  I would contact your cardiologist today and discuss holding or reducing the dose of your coreg.
