I had a mitral valve repair which a 3mm ring was atttached one and half years ago at Loyola Med Center in Maywood Ill. Now my present EKG shows I had a heart attack since that time, also my ecocardiogram shows some deterioration of the left ventricle retractibility . My doctors feel I need an angiogram to determine what is wrong. I am not ready for another surgurical attempt. Please advise. DJ

I had a valve rplacement and am on coumadin.
I have trouble keeping the Pro time stable.
I was wondering if grapefruit has vitimin k
in it  or salycitates in it.
I am a vegan and need to eat vegatables with
Iron and most of them have vitimin in it.
Is there some diet I can follow to keep it
more stable. Right now my pro time is very low.
I'm anxious to hear from you.
