:Ditto on those digestive symptoms, and I think you'll find that a lot of other arrhythmia suffers experience the same thing.  Some of these hearbeat irregularities may have no connection to a heart problem at all.  Instead, conditions involving the central nervous system;  the sympathetic and para-sympathetic nerve trunks in particular can throw off the stomach, bowels, heart and several other organs.  Check out some of the web pages dealing with MVPS (Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome) for discussions about symptoms that mimmick those of heart problems but exist in the absence of heart problems.  Some discussions describe an imbalance between the two nerve systems as the foundation for many of the heart rhythm problems, and it seems to make sense how other organs tend to become irritable at the same time those arrhythmias occur. It also explains how stress tends to bring on certain heart irregularities, as well as certain body movements such as twisting or bending at the waist.
