I know you have answered many questions on this topic before but I still have a few questions.  I had an ablation done for inappropriate sinus tachycardia.  Since the ablation I now have MANY Pac's that cause many symptoms.  Are the PAC's due to the ablation?  If so what can I do to aleviate them?  One doctor suggested a pacemaker with treatment with beta blockers afterwards.  I am not sure this will help as the inappropriate sinus tachycardia was due to a orthostatic intollerance disorder.   Thank you for your time and dedication to this forum.

Dear Dorothy,
Thank you for your question.  I apologize for the delay in processing due to a computer glitch.  In reply to your question it is possible that the ablation has "uncovered" PAC's that were always present but previously were masked by the sinus tachycardia.  Beta blockers may help but should be administered cautiously and under the supervision of your doctor.  Hope this helps.
