Can PSVT be non-random (ie happen at same time daily?)?  I am wearing an event recorder to catch what I believe is PSVT.  History 35 yr old F.  Palpitations (shaking left chest) upon waking daily X 3 mos. (But, pulse in neck is regular rate ?!?!)  Can convert by bearing down or simply getting up out of bed.  Have PACs with couplets on Holter last year.  Can PSVT be triggered (caused) by adreniline rush upon waking?  Or because of a problem with sympathetic/parasypathetic nervous system?  I should say I went through a very stressful time in last 6 months.  Thanks for any info.

Dear Julie,
Thank you for your question.  There is not generally a time pattern to PSVT unless there is something occuring at that time that is triggering it.  The heart recorder should help sort things out.
