I am a 20 year old male, and recently tested my blood pressure
in an Exercise Physiology lab.  It was 97 / 79 and therefore my pulse pressure
is only 18! This is some what lower then your "normal" 20-70 range, should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be concerned about this.  Your total blood pressure is a little lower and this will decrease the pulse pressure.
