Atenolol-chlorthalidone for 3 months, and for the past few weeks have been experiencing some strange symptoms, including fatigue, dizziness,

faceFace pain and
neckCervical spondylosis
Head and neck glands
Herpes zoster (shingles) on the neck and cheek
Irritated seborrheic kerotosis - neck
Lymph tissue in the head and neck.
Melanoma - neck
Neck lump
Neck pain
Neck pulse
Neck x-ray
Oral cancer and especially jaw, teeth chattering, confusion. My primary physician has not yet found the cause (ruled out heart problems), but is reluctant to think the atenolol could be causing the problem, since it offers few side affects and I have been on it so long. Can anyone offer examples of other patients who have been affected by atenolol in any way similar? Thanks.
I have been on Atenolol (50 mg.) for six years. Really don't have any of the symptoms you have. However, read my post as of yesterday (March 1) as to my withdrawal of Atenolol. Post is by Lorraine. Good Luck!
