Two weeks ago I received good news concerning a medical condition that could have ended my career. I was under medical review for 2 yrs and was subsequently under much stress.  The good news was welcome and a great relief.  Since that day I have been experiencing a fluttering sensation just above my stomach which occurs at different times of the day.  I have done some research and found that this sensation might be related to arrhythmia.  If so could it be a short term and be brought on by the fact that the stress in my life has suddenly vanished?  I am 32 and consider myself quite healthy (good diet, work-out 4x/wk, don't smoke, no coffee, little alcohol).
Should I be concerned.  Of note also; I had a hiatel hernia as a young child.

It sounds like your doctor has run all the heart tests that I would have suggested. Stress can cause almost any type of symptom, but I would never tell someone I haven't examined personally that their symptoms are just due to stress.
The numbness in your fingers and the head pressure are concerning. I would recommend seeing a neurologist (a specialist in brain and nerve disorders). He would be able to rule out any serious brain disorder and may be able to shed some light on the situation.
